Return policy

As flowers are perishable we cannot take returns or offer refunds. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us some pictures within 24 hours of delivery. Once we agree that the quality is deficient we will gladly send a complete replacement product.

For all other products, we will gladly accept returns within 10 working days of delivery provided these are returned in the original flawless packaging and condition. Please contact us to make arrangements for the return. All accepted returns will be compensated with a future credit voucher.
